Proposals regarding Online Conference Proceedings
Conference Proceedings
To publish original articles receieved through conferences, the conference organizers are requested to
intitally register their conference details through email id: ijahls.editor@gmail.com (or) editor@ijahls.com.
It is the "sole discretion" of the Editor in Chief to approve or reject the registration of conference proceedings.
Each registration should include the following information:
• Name of the conference Convener(s) / Chair person should keep in mind that:
• The journal publishes only original contributions, which has not been published before and are not being considered for publication elsewhere. Roles to be performed by Convener(s) / Chair person
If a conference proceedings registration is accepted, the convener(s) / chair person will be required to provide all the materials, including copyright transfer forms, within the agreed deadlines, to proof read and check for plagiarism all contributed articles
and to make sure that authors do the same in a timely fashion. Failure to comply might result in delaying or cancelling the registration.
•Selection of papers
The convener(s) / chair person is responsible for ensuring that the peer review process is fair and timely. The selection of articles should be based on the scientific quality of the content and the topic should clearly fall within the scope of the conference title and the journal hosting it.
There are no limitations in number of articles to be published as conference proceedings provided a proceedings should contain minimum 10 articles.
•Selection of reviewers
The convener(s) / chair person should select reviewers who have suitable expertise in the field and must review all disclosures of potential conflicts of interest made by reviewers in order to determine whether there is any potential for bias and to avoid the selection of fraudulent peer reviewers. •Submission of details
The convener(s) / chair person are requested to submit the copyright form, review comments and the list of
reviewers to ijahls.editor@gmail.com (or) editor@ijahls.com
along with the set of articles. The articles must
be categorized according to the topics / disciplines addressed by them. •Date of Publication
The date of publication will be 2 months from the date of submission of all the articles, copyright forms, review comments, the list of reviewers and transfer of APC-CP.
Article Processing Charge-Conference Proceedings (APC-CP) IJAHLS is an Open Access journal. At IJAHLS, we guarantee that no university library or individual reader will ever have to buy a subscription or pay any pay per view fees to access articles of the journal.There is no article submission charges.
All the authors have to pay the Article Processing Charges-Conference Proceedings (APC-CP) that covers all the expenses needed to support the publication and editing process.
The APC-CP for Indian and Foreign authors is mentioned below. Based on the number of articles to be published the convener(s) / chair person have to consolidate the APC-CP and thereafter should contact
the Editor in Chief email id: ijahls.editor@gmail.com (or) editor@ijahls.com for details on transferring the total APC-CP to
IJAHLS.

• Convener(s) / Chair person name with email id (For correspondence)
• Name of the University / Institution and Department organizing the conference
• Univeristy / Insitution website with full address
• Expected date of completion: the date by which the convener(s)/chair person will deliver the final manuscripts in .doc or .docx format and all other details.
