Waiver Policy

At IJAHLS, we understand that some institutions may have limited funding for their research activities.  Thus, we have instituted a generous waiver system that may ease the payment of the article processing charges when their researchers choose to publish their research articles in IJAHLS. Our primary goal as stated in our mission and vision is to accelerate the dissemination of knowledge through the publication of high quality research articles. We are continually pursuing this goal, without putting undue financial burden on researchers or their institutions. Hence, we have instituted the following waiver policy.

In addition, the waiver policy is applicable to only “Article Processing Charges-Individual Articles (APC-IA)”.

To request a waiver, kindly send the waiver application form to ijahls.editor@gmail.com. Waiver application should contain the manuscript number and state the reason for requesting a waiver. Waivers will only be applied if the corresponding author requests a waiver at the payment step.

As per the World Bank Country Classifications by Income level,

Author(s) residents from Low Income Countries are granted upto 50 % waiver

 

Author(s) residents from Low Middle Income Countries are granted upto 30 % waiver
